About the project

This is a one (or two*) stage invited international architecture competion for a 55.000,- square meter residential, commercial and administrative complex in the heart of Vilnius.
Architects are asked to design the whole block with an iconic tower on the most priminent corner, so technically it can be seen as two seperate projects. If the the best designs are proposed by the same team, the design contract, will be awarded to one winner, however there is a possibility of two victors – one for the tower, other for the remaining part of the block.
All teams who have submitted works in accordance with the conditions and the design terms of reference will be awarded a compensation of 10 000,- euro. The winner or winners will be awarded a design contract or contracts for the preliminary design, technical project and project implementation supervision.
